emphasis seems to be on raking in sales not customer service and fulfilling current orders.no communication since my order on 8th april despite sending 2 e.mails. on line my order shows as partially despatched for over a week so presume plants now dead somewhere.

Look at the most recent reviews, terrible service and always delayed. I wished I checked the recent reviews instead of overall rating to make a decision to buy from them. They charge you a fortune for something they don't have and wait forever for you to get disappointed and call them which is not free and they charge you for that as well. Still you can never get what you want and disappointment continues. Someone should teach those managers that a lifetime good reputation can be destroyed with a few months of negligence and disappointment.

Bought from you garden a few times now all ways good service quick delivery customer service good efficient at answering any questions will use again

They asked for review before items had even arrived.Items took too long to be delivered , many weeks compared to other plant suppliers .Courier left items on doorstep without knocking the door or ringing the doorbell No notification as to which day items would arrive . Won't be using this firm again .Have already switched to another firm Who are 10 times better , specify the day ,Products were cheaper and superior in quality, and rang the doorbell upon arrival .

As a long standing customer was very disappointed when I tel. to explain of a partial delivery to your helpline! The operator seemed not to be too interested and called me mate several times,together with repeating the phrase Happy Days..Whilst I remained polite throughout I expected better from your company!We do hope the outstanding goods which are paid for will arrive in the next few days as promised.

Ordered fruit trees with immediate delivery waited a week phoned to find out where they were and told because l had ordered something else they wouuld not be delivered until the delivery of the other plants which would be a month later.l will not be using this company again.


Improvement could be made to the web site to clarify some aspects of delivery. My query was eventually dealt with very well by Customer Services, but only after I had been referred to them by the telephone bank, then back to the telephone bank, who it seems could have put things right in the beginning as did the second person I spoke to on the bank. Even then the operator was apparently unable to consult anyone else concerning my request to speed up my delayed delivery. Customer Services then contacted my following my original email to them and sorted everything out to my satisfaction. Plant were fine and the way my problem was eventually sorted out, which is what I normally judge a company by, so I will use this company again.

The plant itself was fine, but the method of delivery left a lot to be desired,it was handed to me lying flat on its side,who knows how it was kept in the delivery van? Despite all the markings on the box to keep upright, live plant,not impressed,

Nice selection of plants and good customer service. Delivery charge is a bit high.

Most plants I get from here are very small n quite a few failed completely. Bulbs are always on the small side too. Very poor quality plants

No problem with goods or delivery but I regard 6.99 postage for 1 pack of seed excessive. They arrived in a box with lots of advertising when they could easily been sent by post and devered though the lettbox at a much reduced cost. My compost was delivered free of I had realised you would charge such high fees for the seed packet I would not have ordered. I will be wary of placing order before realising the high cost of delivery in the future.
